首播日期 20140927 烹飪學問博大精深廚藝功力需經年深日久的磨練浸淫方能成就一個「名廚」的誕生不過烹調美食與其他藝術一樣講求天分惟廚房絕對是成人天地即使熱愛美食對烹飪興趣濃厚的小朋友也難越雷池如何小試牛刀展現才藝可會平白埋沒了天才「小廚師」 TV版B透過我係小廚神烹飪比賽為一班可能是飲食界未來的「新星」提供大展身手的平台發揮美食創意互相切磋交流 節目公開招募8至13歲的參賽者經過一輪淘汰篩選30位嶄露廚藝天分的候選「小廚神」脫穎而出一連五星期的美食大戰場場緊張精彩第一階段分為三場淘汰賽包括自選菜式指定食材烹調菜式及三人團體賽候選「小廚神」大鬥廚藝之餘亦考驗各人的創意團隊合作性接著有7位候選「小廚神」可以晉級第二階段以蛋及罐頭食品等簡單食材炮製兩道「非一般」菜式最後進入決賽的兩強會在上一輪被淘汰的5位小朋友中揀選「小助手」合作完成套餐即前菜或餐湯主菜及甜品一較高下 節目由深得大小朋友歡心的林盛斌Bob黃翠如擔任主持並誠邀六位著名廚師食家包括「美女廚神」麥潔兒Kit Mak古嘉俊Jeffery韋兆嫻Denice劉晉黎志安Ricky及楊國基Billy組成專業評判團再加上「星級」嘉賓評判的意見一同見證「小廚神」的誕生
