1978年春东北辽阔大地上从宁阳开往哈城的火车上人头攒动乘警新人汪新一手捉住乘客不小心放飞的老母鸡受到乘客们的表扬夜间某站台上来了三名乘客举止与其他乘客略有不同汪新在车厢内进行例行安全检查时偶然发现有一男人戴着手铐显然另外两人是负责押解他的此人趁列车紧急制动的时候挣脱押解人员的束缚逃往其他车厢两名押解人员紧跟其后对他进行追捕汪新也急忙跟了过去千钧一发之际男人掰伤了他的手腕纵身翻出火车汪新眼睁睁地看着他消失在夜色中却无能为力派出所汪新又遇到这个人认定是火车上的盗贼直接铐住了他胡队长一脸无奈打开手铐同时向汪新介绍这就是他的师父马魁
