　　20世纪30年代末抗日战争全面爆发日本帝国主义的铁蹄踏遍大江南北连紧临大海的小城市沽宁城也未能免予战火的侵扰在着纷纷乱世日寇军阀豪商黑帮共同瓜分着沽宁的财富人民的生活宛若人间地狱任职于当地女中的国文教师欧阳山川廖凡 饰其真实身份是一名中共地下党员对这乱世和革命失去信心的他一心想要离开这个伤心所在与此同时日军秘密潜入沽宁并随后展开大屠杀此时的欧阳心中怒火中烧对革命的激情也重新点燃他遇到了无产者四道风杨烁 饰阴差阳错与他结成了一个秘密的抗日组织
