　　故事开始于墓地Horatio Caine正在教堂向神父告解外面传了一阵枪声虽然破案但也为季末做了铺垫 本季加入了CSIer的一些故事Eric Delko被牵涉到大麻事件中去遭到了内务部的调查Ryan Wolfe一次调查中被针子射伤了眼睛影响了视力Horatio Caine因为Eric的事情认识了他的姐姐Mari最后还结为夫妻而这一季的主线是实验室里出现了内奸谁是内奸也搞得实验室里人心惶惶而这内奸会在第2里出现 另外第2也给下一季做了一个铺垫因为第出现的黑帮向Horatio报仇射杀了他的妻子而因为FBI的介入黑帮份子被押到了巴西Horatio和Eric为了将他绳之于法决定也随去
